Freelance & APEX are teaming up with Loft In Space & Fresh Cafe to bring a street culture event like no other! TRILOGY is a celebration of all things street in Hawaii, with three scheduled events in 2012 (January/June/October). JANUARY will incorporate the hip hop culture with competitions in dance, breaking, emceeing and graff, as well as the bike culture with one of the most renowned lowrider bike competitions in Hawaii and one of the first ever local Fixie competitions, as well as featuring the car culture with a lowrider showcase. Local vendors are always a central part of the event, encouraging attendees to “SHOP LOCAL!” This is an event not to be missed! Don’t be left out!!

APEX is an annual event coordinated by Freelance Clothing, focused on showcasing the talents of our local hip hop community in an open venue for the public to appreciate. Our purpose is to expand the influence of hip hop culture as well as give back to our local community. Always a fun family day, APEX is a celebration and appreciation event for the tremendous support we are thankful to receive from our community year after year.
In 2011, our community effort was targeted towards The Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii (BGCH). A total of $1,300 from this event was donated towards BGCH to help in their efforts to promote a positive lifestyle for Hawaii’s youth.
In 2010, we did a silent art auction to benefit the Mighty 4 Arts Foundation Hawaii, a non-profit program to promote the growth and expansion of Hip Hop culture and fundamentals in Hawaii.
